loved ones...
I was out and about today, trying to see loved ones I haven't had the opportunity to spend time with. It was a good day. I feel very blessed to have so many people in my life that adore me just as much as I adore them. I have to spread the joy I feel in my heart with you, in hopes that you too feel the love as much as I do. I feel blessed! Have a great evening!!

Feelings we are individually responsible for!
Here are 10 feelings that we are each responsible for: 1. Happy or unhappy 2. Fulfilled or unfulfilled 3. Satisfied or dissatisfied 4. Encouraged or discouraged 5. Loved or unloved 6. Worthy or unworthy 7. Approved of, or disapproved of 8. Deserving or undeserving 9. Grateful or ungrateful 10. Secure or insecure Look at this list and ask yourself, “have I personally taken responsibility for these feelings in my life?” If you find that you are still looking to outside sources, then perhaps it’s time to accept personal responsibility.

Taylor’s main motivations for writing the memoir were to explain why people return to abusive relationships and help women “recognize when they’re involved in a relationship like this to get out before [they] get addicted to that cycle” —which she calls a “love addiction.” Love might seem like a strange word to use, but despite the abuse, Taylor insists she “absolutely loved” her husband —
